Common Ground

Rep. Joe Wilson of "you lie" fame has been hospitalized with Lyme disease. I suffered a case of the disease last summer, and I can attest: it's a nasty and very painful business. My sympathy to the congressman. I hope he makes a swift and complete recovery - and that he will then join my campaign to urge Americans to eat more venison. We must get the deer before they get us.
