Who Speaks for American Workers?

In the debate over immigration reform, the interests of one important group seem to be missing from the discussion.

The Wall Street Journal editorial page explains why it believes Republicans and Democrats can agree on an immigration deal:

Immigration reform should in theory be possible as well, given the business need for more skilled workers and the desire among immigrant groups for more legal paths to citizenship.
