Turkish PM: “We Call a Killer”… Mr. Killer

This week, Turkish PM Recep Erdogan eagerly denounced Israel (again). But as for Hezbollah's murder of Rafiq Hariri, Erdogan is willing to look the other way.

On a visit to Lebanon, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan denounced Israel (again).

Turkey's prime minister called on Israel to apologize for its mistakes in the region in a speech he gave in Lebanon on Wednesday, adding Turkey would do its best to avert a fresh armed flare-up in Lebanon.

"We will go on to raise our voice against those massacring innocent people and children. We will call a killer a killer when needed," Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said at the Lebanese Turkmen village Kouachra, near the Lebanese capital of Beirut.

And Erdogan's response to that undoubted killing?

Erdogan, during a speech in northern Lebanon, said that if Hizbullah were found guilty of the Hariri assassination, it would impact the entire region.

He suggested that the [investigating] tribunal delay releasing its findings for another year.
