In an ironic development, the Kentucky politics blog, Barefoot and Progressive has uncovered the snarky and sarcastic tweets of Rand Paul's campaign manager. He derided and criticized "Bailout Balls" back when his opponent was having DC fundraisers. The blog makes a point to mock Rand Paul's own upcoming DC fundraiser:
