Rand Paul Can't Remember if he Called for Abolishing USDA
Jim Higdon of MarionCounyLine.com shot this video of Rand Paul's press conference following the candidate forum at the Kentucky Farm Bureau on Thursday, July 22. When asked to clarify his position on whether or not he has called for the abolition of the USDA in the past, as his opponent Jack Conway repeatedly alleged during the forum, Paul was unable to give a straight answer.
