Palin Gets Testy With O'Reilly

Politico reports:

Sarah Palin got a little frustrated with Bill O'Reilly Friday night, telling the Fox News host not to interrupt her while she tried to explain her position on entitlement reform.

"Up here in Alaska we have the four second delay," Palin said in the midst of a interview with O'Reilly. "So it's not an easy exchange to try to get my point across to you if you interrupt."

O'Reilly had been pushing Palin for specifics, but backed off a bit after that, letting her explain her support for an eventual cut-off age in current benefit levels enjoyed by retirees and a possible increase in the entirement age.

The exchange came only a few days after Fox News announced that it was booting Rick Santorum and Mike Huckabee from its list of paid contributors. Palin and Mike Huckabee remain under contract with Fox, but will presumably get cut from the network if they make moves towards a presidential run.

The topic of Palin's status at Fox did not come up during the interview, her first since Santorum and Gingrich were cut loose by the network.

Palin said any decision by her is still "months away."
