National Archives Releasing More Kagan Docs

Politico's Josh Gerstein reports that more records from Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's tenure in the Clinton administration will be released Friday.

More records from Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's service in the Clinton White House will be out Friday, the National Archives said late Wednesday afternoon.

"June 11 Clinton Library #Kagan release will include White House Counsel records, DC Circuit Ct nomination files & other related materials," the Archives said in a tweet. (Follow it at Archivesnews.)
