Laura Bush: Kagan Nomination is "Great"

Laura Bush has told "Fox News Sunday" that she thinks the Kagan nomination is a positive step, due to the changes in gender balance it will bring to the Supreme Court:

The former first lady she's "really glad" there would be three women among the nine justices if Kagan won confirmation. Kagan would join Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor.
