Just a Small Town Girl...

One of the big non-political stories of September 14th was that reality show wannabe-star Michaele Salahi apparently has decided to spend less time with her no-doubt-charming husband Tareq Salahi and is currently hanging out with Neal Schon, guitar player for Journey and all-around guitar hero. (No joke - he's a guitar virtuoso, starting with his days as a teenager jamming with Carlos Santana.)

If I was a thoughtful cultural critic like David Frum or Rod Dreher, I'd be able to come up with some commentary on What This All Means for our civilization. But I'm not that good a writer, so I really have no words for this state of affairs other than to say - don't stop believing.
