Is Michelle a Secret Muslim Too?
Writing at Wonkette, Blair Brown takes aim at a conservative website for questioning Michelle Obama's recent visit to the Great Mosque at Granada.
Have you had enough 9/11 lately? If you are a True Patriot, the answer is, of course, “Never!” So you must be excited for the FLOTUS reunion between current, sexy FLOTUS Michelle Obama and previous, less exciting FLOTUS Laura Bush at the future site of the Flight 93 National Memorial, coming soon to a teevee screen near you. This is a beautiful example of bipartisanship during this whole Ground Zero Mosk debacle. But wait, should Michelle Obama really be honoring victims of America’s Darkest Day when she is secretly a Muslim?
Now that terrorists are trying to build their training facilities all over New York City, Michelle Obama’s recession fiesta in Spain is no longer motivation enough for Americans to get out of their Hoveround scooters and type some amusingly misspelled hate speech on the Internets. But “award-winning journalist” Judi McLeod wants you to know that it should be, because Michelle’s trip to Spain was all part of the “official” plan.
While President Barack Obama was “forcefully” endorsing the Ground Zero Mosque, Michelle Obama was paying homage with her presence to the Great Mosque at Granada, which overlooks what was once Islam’s most important outpost in Europe, the Alhambra palace in Granada.
Anyone who followed FLOTUS’ Spain itinerary knows that Michelle and Sasha visited the Alhambra, a palace and fortress built by the Moors (old timey Muslims) which was later taken back by the Catholics in the Reconquista. But what is this news about a “Great Mosque at Granada?” It has a website, but it appears it is just the Mosque of Granada, and the word “Great” was added, to remind us how scary (“great”) mosques are.
Other than referring to it in passing, there has been no media coverage about Michelle Obama’s dusk visit to the Great Mosque at Granada.
How could the media keep this vital information from us?
