Frum Defends Oil Drilling, Suggests Spending Money On Unicorns
On CBC's Power and Politics, David Frum debated Tim Fernholz of The American Prospect on the merits of offshore drilling. Frum also pointed out that the money spent on projects other then drilling might as well be spent on "Unicorns and Moonbeams."
