According to the South Sinai Governor, Mohamed Abdel Fadil Shousha, he does not rule out the possibility that the Mossad threw the deadly shark in the sea to hit tourism in Egypt... although he just needs some more time to confirm this.

Oh no, I think the Egyptians have stumbled upon the Mossad’s secret underwater lab where they grow and train mutating marine animals to destroy the Egyptian tourism industry. Because obviously, they have nothing better to do.
