Clinton: White House will sue over Arizona Immigration Law

Secretary Clinton has remarked on Ecuadorean television that the government will sue over the new Arizona immigration law:

While the Justice Department is formally studying the Arizona law, Clinton indicated that the administration had already committed to challenging it in court.

"President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy, " she said. "And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act."
