A Thanksgiving Thank You

It's often said that modern media only has room for the extremes of opinion. Every day, this site tries to disprove that view.

On this day of Thanksgiving, I'd like to express my thanks to the contributors, supporters, friends, and readers to and of this site.

Over 18 months, you have proven that it's possible to champion both a limited-government, free-market politics - and also to champion problem-solving, compromise, and concern for the tens of millions of Americans who have lost jobs and homes in the terrible economic distress of the past three years.

It's often said that modern media only has room for the extremes of opinion. Every day, this site tries to disprove that pessimistic assessment. We try to be the change we want to see. Sometimes we fail. Those failures only prove the need to try harder the next day. And thanks to all of you, those efforts are reaching a wider and wider audience. So: thank you.
